📄 Chromebook Agreement Forms and Insurance Forms are available outside the front doors of CHS.
✍️ A parent/guardian must sign the Chromebook Agreement Form before a Chromebook can be issued.
🛡️ We highly encourage purchasing the $10 Chromebook Insurance, it's much less expensive than paying for repairs or replacement if damage occurs.
