Ms. Womack's music classes have been super busy! For the past several weeks, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students have been learning how to play instruments. To show their progress, they have leveled up with belt colors, based on the martial arts system. Some of these students even took these skills to the stage, performing with their instruments during production last Thursday. Check out their “Wall of Fame” posters, where they got to write their name each time they completed a belt color requirement. We are so proud of their dedication, hard work, and progress! Way to go! #CESistheBEST

Please Join Us for Cherokee's Annual Opening Ceremonies to our 2025 Olympic Games. The introduction of the countries and lighting of the torch will take place behind the school beginning at 9:00 am. - Friday, May 9th. (tomorrow). May the Games begin!!!

!!! Olympic Games !!! Join us for our Annual Opening Ceremony- this Friday, May 9 at 9:00am! Grade Level Events will be ... PreK, K, 1st: Tuesday, May 13 2nd, 3rd: Wednesday, May 14 4th, 5th: Thursday, May 15 Morning Events will be 9:00-11:00am Afternoon Events will be 12:00-2:00pm ***Things to Remember*** Students need to wear tennis shoes and dress for active participation. Additional things to remember: sunscreen, a towel to sit on, snacks, a cap, sunglasses, water and/or gatorade. Parents may bring bag chairs and sit behind the class's assigned area.
