Polk School District has made it quicker and easier for families to complete required yearly forms by moving them online. Annual Registration is your opportunity to complete necessary back-to-school forms such as parent/guardian contact information, parent consent information and other district and state required forms.

The West Cinema generously donated free movie tickets for our Summer Reading Program. They can be used any time. We will have a drawing for these in August and all students that participate in summer reading will be entered. Remember that the West Cinema will have free movies each Monday all summer. Each week, they will have one movie that is based on a book. It is so fun to read a book and then watch the movie. If you have any questions, email Mrs. Frady (jennifer.frady@polk.k12.ga.us). Reading with your child during the summer is so important. Summer Reading logs were sent home earlier this week. We also encourage you to participate in the Cedartown Public Library Summer Reading Program. The minutes you read can count for their program and our school program.
