Summer is here and Polk School District is excited to announce the return of our Summer Feeding Program, providing FREE meals to any child 18 and under. This will include five (5) breakfast and five (5) lunch meals.

Cedartown, Ga.
Van Wert Elementary School
370 Atlanta Highway
Rockmart, Ga.
Pick-Up Dates: (from 3:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.)
