James Schroeder attended Rome High School where he was a varsity soccer player all four years as well as working with drama in the One Act Play competition. He was the 1999 Best Actor for his role in The Diviners and was named Rome News Player of The Year for soccer in both 2000 and 2001. After high school, he attended Reinhardt, Floyd, and Shorter College.

James is an accomplished artist, author, comedian, and in 2011, created the United States first Ginger Pride Parade, an anti bullying campaign for people with red hair.
James has been teaching since 2008 and is certified 6-12 Social Studies and Government as well as English. He teaches 7th Grade ELA and High School Drama.
