Welcome to 8th grade Language Arts! I look forward to working with my students and their parents. My name is Tammie Dyer Stephens, and I have been married for 31 years to Chief Darrell Stephens of the Cedartown Fire Department. The Lord has blessed us with seven wonderful children: Trey-29,  Rebekah-25, Gretchen-20, Lexi-15, David-14, Angel-12, and Aimee- 2. We have seven grandchildren: Tripp-3, Gracie-3, Charlotte-2 and Novaleigh-1. I am very thankful that God has allowed me to teach the children in Polk County  for the past 24 years. I pray that something I teach will help each and every one of them lead a more successful life.

Educational Philosophy:

I believe that all students have a right to a free education and to learn in a safe environment. These students are our future leaders, and I believe that I must be a positve role model and teach them what is right and wrong so they can be productive citizens in the future.
