I am excited about this school year and look forward to having your child in my classroom!  For nearly 19 years, I have taught young children, and most of those years were dedicated to teaching pre-k and kindergarten. It is my pleasure to educate your child!

About Mrs. Chambers:

Rockmart is my hometown.  My most memorable grade in school was first grade, because it was in first grade that I knew I wanted to teach school.  Now, I get to teach every day!  For me, teaching is a gift that I enjoy developing.  My students are valuable, and the uniqueness of each one often inspires me to seek new strategies for teaching students through ways in which they learn best.  As a teacher, I strive to incorporate the latest research-based approaches for teaching/learning eachjs day.

Some of my favorite things to do: play with my children, spend time with family and friends, read, play piano and bass guitar, and learn new things.  My husband, Trey, is the part-time children's pastor for Victory Baptist Church in Rockmart and is a certified welding instructor and inspector for varying industries.  We have two beautiful children, Caleb (15) and Caitlyn (7).
