Sophia provides a large offering of free videos and tutorials.  The tutorials are taught by differentteachers using a mixture of video, text, audio, and slideshows to teachbite-sized concepts.

For parents, teachers and educators, there are loads of materials here for teaching and learning online. Find interesting and fun stuff to help your kids, students and children to enjoy, appreciate and learn numbers, counting, arithmetic, fractions, computation, geometry, statistics, set theory, trigonometry and even algebra and matrices!

Brightstorm contains videos and helps on specific mathematics concepts.  They recently started charging for this site.

Hippocampus Free Online Tutoring


Students and parents can both benefit from the presentations, examples and tutorials represented in video by a variety of instructors on specific concepts.



You can choose a book from the old course names to search for videos and examples.  The tutorials are concise and explain concepts for students and parents.

Ask Dr. Math


Write Dr. Math a question and he will answer you.  You may also search the archive for answers and examples to questions that others have asked.
