Sits and Bones

Grades k-2 will perform the routine "Sits and Bones" daily. These exercises improves balance, flexibility, endurance, and strength. Grades 3-5 participate in agility and core building exercises following the daily stretching routine.

1. "The Plank" (One Minute)

2. Explosive Push-ups (5x)

3. Bicycle Crunches (30 Seconds)

4. Jumping Jacks (One Minute)

5. Side to Side (20x)
