FITNESSGRAM

FITNESSGRAM is our fitness testing program. Each student is required to be tested one time each school year. This allows us to track students' overall fitness levels from year to year.

Students are administered the following FITNESSGRAM  assessments:

1. PACER TEST

2. FLEXIBILITY (SIT AND REACH)TEST

3. UPPER BODY STRENTH (PUSH-UPS) TEST

4. TRUNK/CORE STRENGHT (CURL-UP) TEST

5. ABDOMINAL STRENGTH (SIT-UP) TEST

6. BODY MASS INDEX (HEIGHT & WEIGHT) TEST
