During Christmas Break

4th and 5th Grade:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday:    Do lucky seven ( push up and crunches)  and if the weather permits, go outside and do a 15 minute 

walk.

Tuesday and Thursday:  Make time during the day to do a 15 minute stretch.   Also, go outside and do 10 short sprints.

Everday:  Say something kind to someone and help around the house.

2nd and 3rd grade:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:

Do 10 push ups, 10 crunches, and 10 deep squats.  Do this 3 times.   Now, get outside and do a 10 minute walk.

Tuesday and Thursday:

Do a 15 minute stretch. Then, go outside and do 8 short sprints. ( run down and back)

Everyday:  Say something kind to someone and help around the house. 

Kindergarten  and 1st Grade:

(Parents, please your child do this)

Monday,  Wednesday, and Friday:

: Do 10 push ups three different times.

: Get a ball that bounces and work on your dribbling skills.

Tuesday and Thursday:

: Use the same ball, now move the ball around the yard using your feet.   ( Soccer Skills)   Do this for about ten minutes.

:  While you are watching TV, sit on the floor and strecth.

Everday:   Be nice and say kind things always.
