  • 100th Day of School!

    We will be celebrating the 100th day of school on Wednesday, January 27th. We will be doing all sorts of fun math and literacy activities to celebrate the 100th day of school. Students may dress like they are 100 years old on this day. Our students are 100 days smarter!

                          The 100th day of school is February 12th.

  • Thanksgiving Musical

    Our Pre-K & Kindergarten Thanksgiving musical will be this Thursday, November 19th @ 6:00. Students should report to their classroom @ 5:45 to get their costumes on and practice. See you there!

  • Red Ribbon Week

    October is full of activities stressing respect for yourself and the law by staying drug-free. We celebrate our stand against drugs school-wide by celebrating Red Ribbon Week each year. This school year, we will observe Red Ribbon Week October 23rd – 31st. Our theme is “Respect Yourself – Be Drug Free.” Students are encouraged to dress up according to the day’s theme.

    *        Monday, October 26: Faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to “Wake Up and Say No to Drugs,” by wearing their pajamas, robes and/or slippers. Don’t forget, that sometimes we have CRAZY HAIR when we wake up, so be sure to show how crazy your hair can get!


    *        Tuesday, October 27: Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to “Be a Drug Free Superhero,” by wearing your favorite superhero shirt/outfit/cape or be creative and create your own superhero.


    *        Wednesday, October 28: Faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to “Peace out to Drugs,” by wearing a tie-dye shirt, bright colors, or dressing like a hippie.


    *        Thursday, October 29: Faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to say “Team Up Against Drugs” by wearing your favorite team jersey/shirt/hat


    *        Friday, October 30: Faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to “Be All That You Can Be By Being Drug Free,” by wearing Camouflage and/or military.

  • Upcoming Events
    • Our field trip to the Pumpkin Patch is this Wednesday, October 14th.
    • Fall Pictures will be this Thursday, October 15th.
    • Our Fall Carnival will also be this Thursday from 5 - 7 in the cafeteria.

    Oct. 5 - 9 is Fall Break! No School!

  • Grandparent's Day

    Don't forget that Tuesday, September 22nd is Grandparent's Day! We invite you to come out and celebrate this special day with your grandchildren. The kids have worked hard preparing things to make this day special, and we look forward to having you! Come to our room (216) at 11:45 and be ready for a treat. See you there!

  • Math Carnival

    Don't forget to come to our Math Carnival tomorrow night here at the school. It will be from 5:30-7 in the cafeteria and the first 100 students get a free slice of pizza! You don't want to miss it!

  • All About Me Poster

    Thanks to everyone who brought in their child's " All About Me" poster today! We will be talking about them on Wednesday and hanging them up, so if you haven't sent your child's in yet please try to have it to us by then. Thanks again for all of your cooperation! The kids's really enjoy being able to share personal pictures and stories with the class!
