  • Divergent series

If you love The Hunger Games, you will love the Divergent trilogy.  Set in a futuristic society, this book explores what makes a society "perfect."  Be sure to read all three books in the series: Divergent. Insurgent, and Allegiant.

  • Every Day

What if you woke up in a different body every day?  This is exactly what happens with the main character in David Levithan's Every Day.  This book is a little bit creepy, a little bit sad, and very unusual.  If you like to think "outside the box," you'll love this one.  A Georgia Peach Award Winner!

  • So B. It

This book by Sarah Weeks is not one of our newest, but it is one you will not ever forget.  The main character lives with a reclusive neighbor and a mentally handicapped mother.  When she begins on a search for the secrets of her past, she discovers the answers to her mother's mysterious words.

  • Heist Society
Ally Carter's new series is an adventurous romp through the countries of Europe and deals with some of the greatest artwork of all time.  The main character, Katrina Bishop, belongs to a family of art thieves and con men. When she joins in the family business, she travels to some of the most exotic places in the world. Of course, there's a love story element as well!  The series includes : Heist Society, Uncommon Criminals, and Perfect Scoundrels.
  • My Life Next Door

My Life Next Door by Huntley Fitzpatrick is a fun love story that proves that opposites really do attract.  While the plot is a little predictable, you will love this book if you are a Nicholas Sparks or a Sarah Dessan fan.  A Georgia Peach Award Winner!

  • The Maze Runner

This novel by James Dashner has now been released as a movie!  It is fast-paced, very exciting, and just a little bit creepy.  How would you feel if you woke up in a strange place and couldn't remember who you were?  What if you found yourself in a mysterious place surrounded by a haunting maze filled with hideous, deadly creatures?  Join Thomas as he tries to recover his memories and survive his new surroundings!  This is a book that you won't be able to put down!

  • Criminal

Terra McVoy's new novel, Criminal, is set in Atlanta, GA.  The story centers on Nikki, a girl who inadvertently drives the getaway car after a murder.  The culprit?  Her boyfriend, who Nikki's friends have warned her about. Nikki can't believe that he is evil, but maybe she just doesn't know the whole story... This book is a 2014-2015 Peach Award winner!

  • Just One Day

Have you read If I Stay (soon to be a major motion picture)? If you have, then you won't want to miss Just One Day, also written by Gayle Forman. This book will make you laugh and cry! A  Georgia Peach Award winner!
