I am a third grade teacher who has been teaching for 20 years. I graduated from Rockmart High School in 1994.

I taught my first 4 years in PSD at Westside Elementary in Cedartown.  I am married to my high school sweetheart, Danny, and we have 2 daughters, Anna Claire and Ada Cate who attend school in Polk County.

I love PSD and proudly attended Eastside Elementary.

I believe that my task as a teacher is to facilitate the development of every child to the maximum by making each child feel confident about himself/herself through his/her experiences of success in the classroom.  It is not what I do for the students but what I teach them to do for themselves that will make them successful human beings.
