I am Lisa Pledger, Kindergarten teacher.

This is my fifth year teaching Kindergarten.  I am excited about teaching the children and watching them get excited about learning.

Teaching Philosophy:

I believe that teachers should know their students and know how each student learns.  I think that the teacher should teach using different teaching styles in the classroom, because all students are diverse learners.  I want students to know why they are learning important concepts, and how they apply to real life situations.  I want my students to know the "how" and "why" when learning.
