• Life Skills 

    Life Skills is a course designed exclusively for seniors and aims to increase knowledge and the skills necessary for everyday living. It emphasizes goal-setting, decision-making and problem-solving, communication, healthy lifestyles and relationships, nutrition, personal safety, citizenship, consumerism, and financial literacy. Seniors will practice a variety of life skills, including but not limited to: child-rearing, basic cooking, personal budgeting, fundamental car maintenance, and necessary home organization and maintenance skills.
