After earning a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master's of Education degree from the University of Memphis, I am highly qualified to teach Math, Language Arts, Reading, Social Studies, and Science in grades K-8.

This year I will be teaching the distance learning students at CMS. This is my 21st year of teaching in Cedartown. My room number is 627 and I will be available for students to message me with questions from 9-11am on Monday - Friday.
My family lived in Rockmart, and since 1978 my husband, Dr. Ray Popham, and I have lived in Cedartown raising 4 children and now have 13 grandchildren.
Educational Philosophy:
Dream it to achieve it! All students will learn if given the opportunity to think and work at their own pace and level, when motivated to listen, practice, and demonstrate their work to others. I believe in a lifetime of learning.
