It is a pleasure to serve my community at Cedartown Middle School. I am looking forward to a wonder-filled year.

I have been teaching for twelve years. Before I taught, I was a  stay at home mother of  three daughters.

I was born in Roswell New Mexico, and raised traveling to multiple states and Europe.

My teaching career began in Paulding County. I moved to Cedartown in 2015 years ago, and love teaching in this quaint small town. 

When I am not at school I am on a trail with sneakers or a bike. I enjoy nature, God, family, and my students, present and past.

I pour all I have into everyday I am here, and I expect nothing less of my students,and co-workers.

 I don't know what tomorrow brings so I live today as if it were my last.

 My mission is to  provide a nurturing and stable learning environment to enable my students the opportunity to realize their full potential as active and productive citizens.

I will provide a learning  atmosphere that promotes self-esteem and encourages high expectations in order to meet the demands. I will strive to continue improving effective teaching  practices and incorporating  parent involvement in order to develop enthusiastic and independent learners. It is my job to differentiate instructions to meet the need  of my diverse learners and  address students’ unique  learning styles
