In 2011, I earned a master's degree in Special Education at University of West Georgia. Since 2010, I taught students with severe emotional/behavior disorders in a self-contained classroom, elementary age students, and student-athletes at the secondary level. Every day brought a unique challenge and a new learning experience for my students and me. My education experiences helped develop my philosophy regarding education. I go to work every day with the drive to be a positive influence in my students’ lives through educational, social, and moral aspects.
