My name is McQuade Dillard and I have had the opportunity to teach at Rockmart High School for one year now. The 2020-2021 school year will be my second year working at RHS.

 Before my time at Rockmart High School, I taught middle school science for two years. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife of four years, Michaela, our two dogs, Reggie and Sammie, family, and friends.

As a teacher, I prioritize supporting students, making them feel valued, and providing them the resources they need to be successful. I work with students in Environmental Science and Earth Science.
