Hello Everyone! Thank you for visiting the Drama and Choir page! My name is LaRue Bowman and 2020-2021 will be my second year at Rockmart High School.

During my time at JSU, I participated in numerous Drama and Operatic productions and had the time of my life! Some of my favorite and notable roles were The Phantom in The Phantom of the Opera, Rapunzel's Prince in Into the Woods, Frog in A Year with Frog and Toad, and Eisenstein in Die Fledermaus. I absolutely love what I do and I love sharing knowledge and experiences with these extremely talented students at RHS.

I know it has been an incredibly difficult time for all considering the effects of the ever-spreading COVID-19. I must stress, however, how important it is to keep art alive! Keep growing, keep learning more about yourself and others, keep singing, keep dancing, and more importantly - stay compassionate. We are all in this together.
