My name is Jennifer Wilds. I have been in education since 2008 when I left my career as a television news reporter for NBC in Macon, GA. I have taught every grade level from pre-Kindergarten through fifth grade.
I have served students in Houston County, Pickens County, and Polk County. I am currently an EIP teacher at Youngs Grove Elementary School. Go Bulldogs!
My husband is the principal at Van Wert Elementary School in Rockmart. My son, Brody, is in the fourth grade; and my daughter, Annalea, is in first grade. I also have another daughter, Adaline, in daycare. We have two spoiled Golden Retriever puppies named Rocky and Nelly that we just adore! Together, we enjoy hiking, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, and relaxing at home with a family movie. One of my favorite hobbies is reading historical fiction novels!
I'm excited about what this school year has in store for us! I love being a part of the Youngs Grove family!
