I earned my Bachelors degree from Shorter College (now Shorter University); my Masters degree from Walden University; and my Specialists degree from Lincoln Memorial University.

This year I will begin my 29th year of teaching. This year I will be the Reading teacher for 3rd grade. I am excited to work with an amazing group of teachers this year.
My husband, Tim, and I live in Rome. We love spending time together, playing golf, watching movies, and traveling. Our son, Matt-a graduate of CHS, works at Texas A&M-Commerce as the events coordinator for the student center. We are grandparents to two beautiful girls: a 8th grader and a very busy 3 year old.
I love to spend time with my family, cook, sing, and watch Alabama football: Roll Tide :)
