Welcome to my web page! 

This is my seventeenth year in education and my ninth year to serve as Media Specialist.  As the Media Specialist I hope to inspire all students to love reading just as much as I do.  Some of the things I do each year are assist students in choosing books they are interested in and on their level, collaborate with teachers in educating students in research, library, and other skills, plan and hold several different events in the media center throughout the year, and have story time for all students.  I absolutely love what I do!  

Some of my favorite books are King Bidgood's in the Bathtub by Audrey Wood, all of the Harry Potter books by J. K. Rowling (I read the entire series again during the summer this year!), and my most favorite book is Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers.  I am married to Michael and we have two girls, Andrea, who attends CMS, and Mattie Rae, who is a student at Westside.
