I am so excited to begin my 16th year of teaching at Eastside! I attended Eastside as a child, and there is no place I would rather be. I taught third grade for eight years, and this will be my eighth year with the fifth grade group teaching social studies and language arts.
I am from Rockmart and graduated from RHS in 1996.
I am married to David Streetman, and we have two children. Alli is twenty and has just completed her cosmetology degree while Will is seven and is in second grade!
I believe all students can learn. They may learn in different ways and at a different pace, but with hard work and support from home and school, students can be successful. I look forward to watching my students grow this year!
