• Veteran's Day Ceremony is approaching, scheduled for Friday, November 11, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.
    We are excited to announce that Veterans of students are once again welcome to attend.
    In order to plan accordingly, you MUST return the form below in order for them to attend.
    If you would like to honor a veteran in our slide show presentation, please send us a picture, either by email or send it with your student. Make sure to include this form with the photo. Pictures may be emailed to austin.vann@polk.k12.ga.us
