Education & Teaching Experience: After graduating from the University of West Georgia in 2004 with a B.S.Ed in Middle Grades Education, I began working at CMS, where I taught math for eight years. In 2014, I began teaching 5th-grade math at Westside Elementary. In my spare time, I enjoy being in nature, cooking and reading. 

Philosophy: I believe students will rise to the level of expectations set forth by their teachers as well as their parents. All students can experience success when they have a safe and positive learning environment, both at school and at home.
