I received my Bachelor of Science from Jacksonville State University in Alabama. I also received my Masters of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University in Florida.

Hello, my name is Charlene Kent and I am from the big city of Trion, GA....lol. I have been teaching for twenty years at Eastside Elementary. At Eastside, I have taught Kindergarten, first, and second grade. I was an EIP teacher for four years which allowed me to go into teacher classrooms to implement DRI skills with students. For the 2020 school year, I will be back into the classroom teaching second grade again.
I live in Paulding County and have three children (Myya, Isiah, and Kendal). When I am not teaching, I love spending quality time with my family and friends.
