ashton wade

Ashton Wade is a sophomore at PCCCA-Rockmart. Last spring, Ashton competed in the SkillsUSA state competition virtually, and he won 1st place in Power Equipment Technologies!  Ashton is a second-year Automotive Technologies student under Mr. Allen Ivie, and he plans to pursue a career in the automotive industry after graduation.

Work-Based Learning Spotlight


Jacob Griffin is a junior at the PCCCA-Cedartown Campus. He is currently a welding intern at Muira where he prepares pipes to be welded and assembles boilers.  Jacob is a student in the welding pathway at our Cedartown campus and a dual enrollment student in welding at GNTC. He plans to become a welding inspector for the pipeline after graduation.

Here are ways we can help students every day:

-Clothing Closet with jackets, hats, gloves, and warm clothes
-School supplies like notebooks, paper, and pencils
-Personal Hygiene items such as deodorant, shampoo/conditioner, toothbrushes, and toothpaste 
-Food Pantry supplying canned food, frozen meats, and weekend bags for those in need
