Congratulations to RHS track star Zoryan Hendricks,  the 2019 Class AA STATE CHAMPION in 300 meter hurdles and Triple Jump. Zoryan was also named the MVP of the state track meet! We are so proud of you, Zoryan!

Mr. Andy Cox

Mr. Cox grew up in Mableton, Georgia, and graduated from Pebblebrook High School in 1991. He attended Jacksonville State University where he received a Bachelor's degree. Mr. Cox served as the band director at Gordon Central High School for two years, at Trion High School for 14 years, and at Westside Middle School for one year. Mr.Cox has two sons, Jacob (21) and Ben (17). 

When he's not at school, Mr.Cox enjoys both watching and playing sports, and he especially loves hiking and backpacking. Mr. Cox actually hiked the entire Appalachian Trail (from Maine to Georgia) in 2016! Amazing!!
