Hi! My name is Hattie Molidor. I have been teaching at Northside Elementary since 2005 all 11 of these years have been in first grade. I attended State University of West Georgia in Carrollton for an undergraduate degree in Psychology. I graduated with this degree in 2001. After a few years off and working full time I decided to return to State University of West Georgia to pursue my education degree. I achieved this goal in 2004. I earned my Masters degree from Nova Southeastern University in Reading Instruction in 2008.
I have been married since 2005 and have 3 children. Mason is in fourth grade, Matthew is in second grade and Millie is 3 years old. I enjoy spending time with my family, doing church activities and reading.
I believe in creating a risk free learning environment, one in which there is no "wrong answer". Instead every answer leads to a better understanding of the subject matter. I also believe that every child can be successful and I work to help them achieve that goal. I also feel strongly in teacher-parent-student connection. In other words, you as a parent and I as your childs teacher must work as a team together to help your child succeed.
I am very excited to work with your child and am anxious to see all that they will learn this year. Thank you for trusting me with your most precious property. You can rest assured that I will love your child almost as much as you do.
