Mileage Club Challenge

Mileage Club Challenge

What is it?

Students are challenged during their PE class to walk as many laps around the track as possible. We will set a school goal when we are ready to start the challenge.

How do I track my miles?

Each student is giving a toe tracker in PE. When we walk the track on MC days, each student will scan his/her card after completing a lap. 12 laps= 1 mile.

What's a toe tack?

They are actually called toe tokens (but I call them tacks). Toe tokens come in a variety of colors. It is a plastic foot which can be placed on a chain to wear on your shoe laces.

How many can I collect?

A student receives a toe token for each mile he/she walks. On the 5th mile a student will also earn a mileage club dog tag necklace. Also on the 10th mile a student will be awarded a mileage club gel bracelet.
