Advanced Circuit Training

EQ: How does circuit training promote a more healthy/fit lifestyle? What are some ways a person can perform these movements/workouts outside of PE?

Pro-Agility

Resistance Bicep Curls

Push-ups/Holds

Air Squats

Walking Lunges

Sit-ups

This advanced circuit requires the use of more complex motor skills and movements. Students will learn how to perform the Pro-Agility cone drill which promotes body control and quickness. Students will perform bicep curls with differing resistance bands to promote good body tone and body composition. Walking lunges and air squats will be introduced to promote good lower body strength exercises. Each station will be slowed down in order to teach, learn, and perform each movement with correct form.
