We will introduce circuit workout training this week! We will perform upper body, lower body, and core (Abdominal) exercises throughout the workout. Each and every person needs to know how to build strength and endurance for everyday tasks like getting out of bed each day, standing up/sitting down in our desks, picking up a heavy book bag, and walking to/from places. We will stress proper form and technique on all movements. We introduce all movements in an effort to build strength/endurance for the FitnessGram Test, daily activities, and to promote lifetime fitness.
Upper Body: Push-ups
Lower Body: Line Sprints, Agility Ladder, Line Jumps
Core (Abdominals): Sit-ups
Cardiovascular Endurance: Jump Rope, Line Jumps
