Homeroom Information

What time does school start?

Class begins at 7:50 am each day. Students must be in their homeroom class before 8 am. Students arriving to class after 8 am will have to be signed in at the office by a parent and will be counted tardy.

Can I eat lunch with my child?

Please check your child's homeroom teacher's website for their lunch time.

When you arrive at school, please sign in at the front office to receive a visitor's badge.

The office will direct you where to go.

Please do not bring outside food from restaurants in to enjoy with your student.

You may eat with your child at a special table that is reserved in the lunchroom or you may sign them out for lunch to eat with them on the picnic tables outside.  You must sign them back in after lunch.

Your child can not ask other children to join them on your lunch date.

How and where do I drop my child off in the morning?

Morning Car Rider drop off begins each morning at 7:15 am. The car rider drop off area is at the back of the school. NO STUDENTS SHOULD BE LET OUT AT THE FRONT DOOR! This is very dangerous for our superheroes!

Can I sign my child out at the end of the day?

As you can imagine, dismissal time is very busy in the office. Due to this reason, we DO NOT allow sign outs in the office from 2:45-3:30.

Yes, your child may bring a snack to school.  Your child can bring almost anything for a snack; we would prefer a nutritious snack if possible.

Can my child have a water bottle?

Yes, your child may have water (no mixes or Kool Aid) in a water bottle with a twist topPlease do not send water in a cup or thermos; these have a tendancy to leak in book bags and damage books and agendas.  Your child may have water in every class.
