Moby Max Benchmark Assessment Dates:
Thursday, August 24, 2017 - ELA
Friday, August 25, 2017 - Math
- If students are absent either day, please have them take their benchmark when they return. 
- If you are lacking technology, you may test for two days, share ipads from one classroom to another, and/or utilize the computer labs in order to ensure that ALL students have taken both the ELA and Math Benchmarks BEFORE August 31st when the testing window closes.

When giving the Moby Max Benchmark Assessment, have your students:
1. go to PSD Website 
2. select Schools Tab (top)
3. choose CMS  from drop down menu (at top)
4. Click Student Resources Tab (at top or bottom left)
5. click Moby Max Icon 
6. click Sign-In "As a Student" 
7. type school name (Cedartown Middle School) or school code (ga1314)
8. type Username (their lunch number)
9. type Password (student)
10. click Sign-In
11. click the tab with an image that looks like a book shelf . .

12. click the Reading Level Assessment Icon
13. click:  Continue
(tell your students to do their very best and take their time)

Benchmark Assessment Results Collecting/Reporting:
- Administration will run data collections/print reports on each Benchmark Assessment by grade level
- Teachers will not need to view/collect Benchmark Assessment results for all students on their roster 
- Teachers will only collect RTI data for the students they teach
         ELA/Math - Form 6 documentation
         Science/Social Studies - Minutes documentation

When viewing/collecting Moby Max Student Data for RTI:
1. go to PSD Website 
2. select Schools Tab (top)
3. choose CMS  from drop down menu
4. click Moby Max Icon
5. click Sign-In "As a Teacher" 
6. type school name (Cedartown Middle School) or school code (ga1314)
7. type Username (your email address)
8. type Password (teacher)
9. click Sign-In - it will take you to the Moby Max Teacher Dashboard
10. click the icon for the subject area you wish to view
11. scroll down all the way down - click sort and filter - to search/find students
12. type student's last name in "Find" Search box - click enter
13. choose the tab that contains the information you wish to view:
14. click Student Name (blue link) - it will take you to their individual data page
15. to print, click the printer icon at top/right 
16. click the "x" to go back to the student list
17. repeat steps 11-16 for each RTI student you teach/or need to document on a Form 6
*Click the Home Tab at the top/right to go back to your Teacher Dashboard to change subjects/tools*
