Focus of the Week

We are working on reading accurately and fluently to support our comprehension. (R.F.2.4)

We are finishing up The Big Bushy Mustache this week.

Next week, we will begin Rain Forest Babies, which focuses on informational text.

Our New Interactive Read Aloud Story is: Camouflage: Changing to Hide

We are continuing our guided reading groups this week. Your child should be bringing home a printed booklet to read. Please remember to send it back each day so that we can use it in class. If there is a check in the top corner of the book, your child can keep the book at home. All groups are not on the same reader. Thanks for your help making your child a successful reader!
