Each 5th grade student will have 4-H meetings during science class one time each month. Mrs. Crystal Hollis is the leader of the meetings and works for the Polk County Extension Office. The last meeting will be in May. During the year a poster project called Project Achievement will be completed.(poster and speech about a topic of their choice) More information will follow.

C.H.A.M.P.S. is a program brought to 5th graders by the Polk County Sheriff's office to help keep students safe by choosing healthy activities.( one time a month during science class) The end of the year celebration for CHAMPS will be at lunch in May.( a poster or essay contest will be completed)
