ALPHABET KNOWLEDGE

Description:

Each letter of the alphabet is special and unique. The sub-categories will contain information on how to form (write) the letter and the sound(s) they make.

The videos will show the students and parents how to form (write) the letters of the alphabet correctly.

Learning the sounds that the letters make is very important to learning to read!  Students should know the 26 basic sounds before Christmas Break.

Handwriting is very important!  I believe that students should learn how to form (write) the letters of the alphabet properly, from the start of Kindergarten, and they should have consistent instructions on how to form these letters.

The videos will be used in the classroom to demonstrate the correct formation. Please use the videos at home when helping your child practice their letters
