3rd grade Music  

View Events/Assignments for 

Third Grade students will review the second grade concepts before advancing. From there, they will learn music notation such as eighth note and whole note and begin to understand more advanced dynamic symbols, forms, and study the music from historical periods.

  • Chorus Information

    If your child is interested in becoming a member of the Northside Elementary Chorus, they need to pick up form from me. Rehearsals are every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 7:30am-8:00am. If there is a time conflict, talk to me one on one and I will be glad to work with you. There is NO audition required, however, the student must have acceptable behavior in music class as well as rehearsals in order to maintain their spot. I am so excited to get started!
