The mission of Polk School District’s Facilities and Maintenance Department is to provide the highest level of cost effective service to the school district. This mission is achieved by evaluating the most responsible use of resources for both short and long term needs.

I have 31 years of construction and facilities management experience. I served as the Construction Administrator for Goodwyn Mills & Cawood Architects and Engineers in Birmingham, AL, supervising educational construction projects for K-12 as well as post-secondary projects including the new athletic residence hall and dining facilitates at Auburn University. I currently serve as Vice-President of BeechRidge Homebuilders in Gadsden, AL. I have past experience as a construction job superintendent and facilities manager in Leeds, AL. As a resident of Polk County, I am pleased to be a part of the Polk School District team and look forward to serving the students of this school system.
