Spirit Night at Zaxby's Zaxby's

The RHS Band will be hosting "Spirit Night" at Zaxby's on Tuesday, May 1, from 5:00-8:30. Join us, and tell them you're "with the band" when you place your order!

Changes for Sports This Week

We have had a couple of changes to our schedule for the week. Due to weather,  Tennis Girls will now play Wednesday at 1pm at RHS, After the girls complete their match the Boys will travel to Temple High School to play their match.  

Baseball will probably play a double header on Friday instead of Thursday. Rain is expected Thursday.

Thurs 4/19- Baseball at Armuchee, Track travels to Gordon Central to compete for a region title

Fri 4/20- Baseball travels to Cedartown to finish out the regular season

Sat 4/21 Annual Steak Dinner(Buy your Tickets from one of our Coaches)

Golf will also be competing this week (See Coach Parson for a schedule it has changed several times due to weather)

Spirit Night at Carlton Farms

Carlton Farms will hold a Spirit Night for the RHS Band program this Thursday, November 9th, from 5:00-8:00pm. All proceeds will go to the RHS Band. Corn maze, hayrides, play areas, and the animal barn will be available. Thank you, Carlton Farms, for your support of the RHS Band!

Financial Aid Meeting

There will be a financial aid meeting on November 13th at 6:00 in the Media Center for parents of graduating seniors.  A representative from the Georgia Student Finance Commission will be here to do a presentation over the different types of financial aid available for college bound students.

The Chick Fil A Leader Academy held its Kick Off today. Our participants bagged over 100 bags for our local food pantry while learning about becoming a leader and giving back to the community. Everyone had a ball!


The PSAT will be given here at RHS on Wednesday, October 25th. All 10th graders will be tested at no charge. If any 11th grader would like to test, please see Mrs. Davenport in the Guidance Office.

CFA donationThe RHS Chick Fil A Leader Academy donated $1,910.75 to the Polk County Animal Shelter. The students held a school-wide basketball tournament to raise the money as a part of their Impact Project for the year. We are so proud of our students and their hard work!
